Arsht Rewards is a web-based (mobile and desktop) customer loyalty program designed to engage the Miami-Dade community through point-based incentives while reinforcing the value of free events at the Adrienne Arsht Center. This scalable platform addresses an RSVP-to-attendee gap by transforming free arts events into high-value experiences. Through research and strategic product design my team and I reframed “free” as something valuable to improve low customer turnout rates. The platform encourages attendance, promotes repeat engagement, and builds long-term customer relationships with the arts.

The design and delivery of a scalable loyalty platform improving low customer turnout by increasing engagement and establishing long-term community tracking for a major cultural institution. Our team solved a 3,000-RSVP–to-600-attendee gap by transforming free arts events into high-value experiences.

As interdisciplinary research accelerates in higher education, universities face a structural challenge. Collaboration is encouraged, but discovery and recruitment systems are fragmented. Discover-Me is a 0→1 web platform designed to streamline the pipeline from opportunity discovery → application → connection → collaboration. In higher education, interdisciplinary work is on the rise. Despite the multiple benefits to the university, faculty members, and students finding a project or the talent is difficult as barriers to entry often limit and the discoverability of new opportunities. Designed to revolutionize how students and faculty members connect and collaborate, Discover Me consolidates interdisciplinary project application information. Empowering the higher education community with a seamless platform that makes it effortless to search for peers, communicate effectively, and showcase profiles. This web application enhances an institution's productivity and innovation by making every connection count.

ErrorSafe

ErrorSafe is the result of a 7 week sprint project. As a team of 4, we were able to create a fully functioning prototype of a system capable of generating, creating and processing reports, appending case documentation, populating OSHA and Workers Comp forms along with dashboard analytics. This system also includes innovative features such as AI generated prioritization, document scanning, Erro chatbot assistant, team management and safety tip automation. The team was able to accomplish a complexly layered system architecture with intuitive functionality and aesthetically appealing visual design.

ErrorSafe is part of a nursing home error reporting software product suite that aims to facilitate a more intuitive and easy-to-use error reporting process.

Eventify

Eventify is an event planning tool designed to assist in seamlessly orchestrating mid-scale social gatherings by simplifying and streamlining the event planning process. The tool keeps track of guests, RSVPs, and event planning tasks. The “Tips” feature incorporates AI for quick and easy guidance. Incorporating Eventify eliminates the hassle of figuring out each step on your own. Planners are empowered to navigate tasks efficiently with comprehensive resources and guidance.

First-time mid-scale event planners feel overwhelmed and lack guidance. Eventify reduces stress through AI-driven tips, task tracking, and guest management.

Mangrove City

Mangrove City is an interactive VR game designed for middle school students that teaches them about the importance of mangrove forests and its ecosystem. The single player game experience allows students to paddle through a fictional canal and complete interactive mini games at the “Education Stations”.

Design Process @ A Glance

Here’s a look behind the scenes into creating intuitive, interactive, and impactful digital web and mobile experiences.

While the steps are interchangeable depending on the project, I utilize Agile Design methodologies in my approach. These are the key milestones I hit when designing.

1.Benchmark

I start by understanding the landscape. Analyzing competitors, user expectations, and setting project requirements to establish a strong foundation for innovation.

2.Research

I like grounding creativity in research and iteration. Through user interviews, surveys, and data analysis, I uncover insights that inform design decisions and align with user needs.

3. Design

From sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, I translate insights into experiences that are both functional and visually engaging.

4. Test

I use this stage to validate ideas through usability testing and feedback loops! It’s where ideas meet reality, ensuring designs feel intuitive in real-world scenarios and align with both user and stakeholder goals.

5. Iterate

I believe design is never “done.” To consistently meet evolving needs, the designs are continuously refined to enhance usability and overall impact.
